Our stay at Peninsula Hotel Istanbul was truly remarkable, and I extend heartfelt thanks to Manager Jonathan Crook and his team for their impeccable attention to detail. The personalized anniversary amenities, including a picture in the room, enhanced our celebration. The quality of items in the room and the exceptional food further elevated our experience, creating an atmosphere of luxury and indulgence. The New Year’s Eve gala, featuring a phenomenal 11-piece band from the UK, made for an unforgettable celebration. Thank you for ensuring our stay was filled with moments of joy and culinary delight.
In addition, the spa facilities were excellent and the pool was fantastic, if not a little cold for our liking.

Definitely the Pen Istanbul is the best hotel in Istanbul. Perfect location, amazing building rooms are well decorated and the spa the best I ever see. Very professional service. Must see and stay

A fantastic hotel with great location, nice food, and impeccable service.
Thank you so much for offering us such an extraordinary and unforgettable honeymoon experience!
The afternoon tea is definitely a must when staying here where you can enjoy the amazing food while submerging yourself in the fabulous view of the Bosphrous Strait and the relaxing vibe of the hotel.
The SPA center downstairs is a hidden jewel of the hotel. The swimming pool is stunning and equipped with the SOTA equipment for showering and thermal treatment.
The only thing I regret is that we only stayed here for one night.
Overall, I will stay in The Peninsula Istanbul again when I visit this lovely city again.

I should undoubtably be able to say this hotel is outstanding but there are a few things that were not worthy of a five star review.
The positives; their rooftop Gallada restaurant and attached cocktail bar was stunning. Fantastic fusion food and excellent service.
The decor, design and art in the hotel is very classy high end.
The Spa was divine, pretty much had the place to ourselves and everything was spotless and excellent treatments.
The room was spacious and very well appointed. We were welcomed with a lovely card, fruit and sweet chocolate bell hop figurine and choccies.
The pool was right on the water and perfect for watching the boats go by.
The detractors; Service at breakfast and at the pool was very inconsistent. Had to ask for mineral water five times at the pool and waited for service at a quiet breakfast for ages.
The food quality was very good but again, waited 45min for some burgers at lunch on the terrace.
Some staff were very quick and professional, others had zero interest.
Our room 1410 was well appointed but on the side of the hotel, looking out onto the corner dock on the bridge. We could hear boats and noise all night, so not great double glazing. Also our bed was too firm and we had restless sleep.
On our last morning while at the pool, there was clearly and dj doing a sound check at the ballroom end and was BLASTING sound so loud, everything was rattling for a good 20 minutes. How can a lux hotel allow this??
So overall, really lovely and looks the part but there is a lot of room for improvement. Particularly service at the pool and on the terrace.
    Those beds need sorting too..
