November 25, 2023 at 4:18 pmGreat hotel with super friendly staff. Clean, spacious and welcoming. 5 star massage in the spa area. Great breakfast. The only thing better than the breakfast in the morning was being greeted by the most beautiful smile of a wonderful receptionist named Atusa. 👸🏽 5 star experience all around. Would come back!

May 19, 2024 at 4:24 pmDecent and comfortable stay. Sauna room is a bonus. I found the pool to be a bit too cold for my taste. Rooms are nice and spacious. I especially enjoyed the free shuttle service to nearby Taksim square. Buffet breakfast needs to be improved though. Nothing else except Turkish food and very few healthy options. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast!!! Room service was excellent though, very tasty and big portions.

August 25, 2024 at 4:23 pmVery nice place, Room is great and they are near to all tourist areas and they have free shuttle to take you there , I liked the SPA and Hammam also , The staff is amazing specially Atoosa , I had great time.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay much easier with their friendly approach. The room was absolutely lovely with a comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be returning if I visit Istanbul again. Many thanks to the amazing staff!
